RIE CEE 2024 Selection Criteria based on Result/ Calculating scores
The criteria for the selection of candidates based on the scores for admission in respective RIEs across India are as follows:
- The CEE entrance test scores weightage is 60% and 40% comes from the aggregate scores for the course offered at RIEs.
- The aggregate scores are calculated differently for the courses like for B.Sc. B.Ed and M.Sc.Ed the marks obtained in PCM/PCB of the qualifying exams are the aggregate scores.
- If the scores match, the scores of the aptitude test will be the deciding factor and if still tied with some other candidates, the selection decision will be based on the candidates’ age.
What happens next after the RIE CEE 2024 Result?
After the RIE CEE 2024 results, the candidates who have qualified for the entrance test will be eligible for admission counseling. The authority will announce the RIE CEE counseling schedule shortly after the results are published.
