UP NHM Staff Nurse Vacancy 2024 Details

The National Health Mission has not officially released the vacancies for the position of Staff Nurse. However, there will be around 2000 to 3000 vacancies in various departments. UP NHM Staff Nurse Vacancy 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the post of Staff Nurse in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Age Limit: The candidate should be 18 and not more than 40. There is an upper age relaxation of 3 and 5 years for OBC and SC/ST candidates, respectively.

Exam Date

National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh has not officially released the exam date for the post of Staff Nurse. However, the notification booklet is expected to be released in the third quarter of 2024. If it happens, the exam can be conducted across the state by the end of December 2024 at various exam centers.

UP NHM Staff Nurse Vacancy 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for the post of Staff Nurse under NHM, Uttar Pradesh, consists of two stages: Written Exam and Document Verification.

Written Exam

• The exam will be conducted online.
• The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
• The exam will consist of 100 objective-type questions.
• The total marks for the exam will be 100.
• Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark.
• Incorrect responses will not lead to any mark deduction.
• The exam will have two sections:
  • Section 1: Related to discipline/domain knowledge, carrying 80 marks.
  • Section 2: Related to general aptitude, reasoning, general awareness, and basic computer knowledge, carrying 20 marks.
• The medium of the exam will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
• Document verification will be done offline.
• Document verification must be completed within 15 minutes.
• Qualifying marks will be awarded for the document verification process.

Candidates who apply for the UP NHM Staff Nurse Vacancy 2024 will be called for a Written Examination, which will be followed by Document Verification. The final selection list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
